Where & when are you out? (return to questions)
Please check our Calendar on the "Find Your Photos" page.
We always post the days and hours we'll be out on the Calendar in advance.
**NOTE:** Between mid-November & the end of February, we're out EVERY weekend it's SUNNY and over 60 degrees!! (BTW - You have the roads practically to yourself!!!!)

How soon are they available?(return to questions)
Usually 1 to 3 days from the day you see us. Please keep checking back! Or better yet, e-mail us and we'll let you know when they're up!!
*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you saw us when you were out but you can't find any photos of yourself, it's because our shots of you didn't pass inspection. Please accept our apology and we hope we'll catch you out enjoying the ride another day!
**NOTE:** TAKE TIME TO LOOK THROUGH EVERY SHOT IN YOUR CATEGORY - THERE'S USUALLY 2 OF US SHOOTING - THAT MEANS THERE'S MULTIPLE SHOTS OF YOU - SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK!

For now, unless disaster strikes, they'll always be online. But please don't wait. We make our living doing this so we need and appreciate your orders.

How do I find my photos out of all you take? (return to questions)
Look for the correct date, category, and time of day. Then create a photo album once you've "found you". It's free in our store. Look for "add to album" beneath the larger version of each pic.

How are the shots arranged? (return to questions)
They are arranged by location, date, vehicle type, and time of day. For example: "The Devil's Whip (Sunday 7.21.11) 8.30-6.00". Then type of vehicle such as "Cars" or "Cruisers, Full Dressers AM" or "Sport Bikes PM" and then AM or PM.If you're still having a problem, just get in contact with Donna at info@blindkenny or at 828.527.3166.

What if I don't like one of my PRINTS? (return to questions)
We take every precaution to ensure your photos look their absolute best AND we've yet to receive any complaints! But just in case, here's our policy:
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for PRINTED PHOTOS ONLY.
E-mail us. Let us know which pic isn't right and we'll make the correction(s). After you get your replacement, if you're still not satisfied, explain why and we'll refund your purchase price.

Can you TOUCH-UP/RETOUCH my pics? (return to questions)
Any needed TOUCH-UPS/RETOUCHES have already been made before the pictures are published. The only options offered are cropping, color effects, vignetting, logos, and logos with text. (Our "Blind Kenny" logo is put on every photo.)

What if my shot has to be cropped? (return to questions)
What cropping does is to make a smaller section of a "full frame" look bigger. Cropping will ALWAYS work better when the shot has more scenery around it. It probably WON'T be something you'd like if the picture is already a close up.If your shot has to be cropped, we promise we'll take pains to make your photo look its absolute best, 'cause when you look good, we look good!

No. We're NOT currently offering PRINTS with "LOGO", "TEXT", or "LOGO & TEXT".

PLEASE use the "Comment" section of your "Shopping Cart" and tell us how you'd like it colored. If the "Comment" is blank, we'll tastefully apply the color. -

Quite simply - no. As professionals, we take pride in the photos we produce and in our business. The "Blind Kenny" logo is very tastefully and inconspicuously placed on every pic. (See if you can spot it the folowing typical example)

Can I buy my pictures as a Digital Download? (return to questions)
Yes. We offer LOW RESOLUTION (web ready - perfect for forums & social networking sites), MEDIUM RESOLUTION (great for prints up to 5 x 7) and HIGH RESOLUTION (All print ready - original size) Digital Downloads.To find them on the Order Page, look for on the " DIGITAL DOWNLOAD" button on the right hand side just above the "SMALL PRINTS" and "LARGE PRINTS" buttons.
We also offer full-size, HIGH RES digital photos on CD. Look for them in the same "DIGITAL DOWNLOAD" section.

FIRST - Please ignore the "ALLOW 2 - 3 WEEKS" on the PHOTOREFLECT Receipt - This ONLY applies to PRINTS.Digital downloads are available within 24 hours of purchase. You receive an e-mail with links for the download.

You have the right to use the unaltered image(s) for your own personal use. This means you can make as many prints in as many sizes as you want or make desktops, etc, as long as it's not for profit/commercial/or any other use other than personal.ALL COPYRIGHTS remain the property of BlindKenny.com. Use of ANY BlindKenny.com digital image(s) for other than personal use is prohibited by US law.
Purchase does not assign copyrights to you and/or your purchase other than the ones specified above.

Both Donna and I use Nikons with pro level Nikon lenses. Images are 4288px X 2840px or 12.3 megapixels. The photos are available in JPEG format only.

Do I have to create an account and then "LogIn" on your storefront to see my photos? (return to questions)
NO. When the "Welcome" page comes up, simply click the "CONTINUE" button to the right of the "LOGIN" button to enter the store and search for your shots. (Although we really hope you'll create an account to place your order!) -
What if I have problems placing my order? (return to questions)
1) Make sure "Cookies" are enabled in your web browser (usually in the "Privacy" section under "Tools" then "Internet Options").2) "Snag" someone else's computer.
3) When we're working on the store, photos can be temporarily unavailable. Please go back to the front page of the store.
4) Sometimes our storefront provider has to do system maintenance. Wait a while and try it again. Please don't get impatient and forget about us! We do want and appreciate your business.
